Justin Lofton is a licensed massage therapist and the owner and operator of Live Oak Massage. His journey in healthcare began in 2011 after he graduated from Our Lady of The Lake College in Baton Rouge and started his career as a physical therapist assistant. Since then he has worked as a traveling therapist in multiple healthcare settings in Louisiana and Texas. Later his interest in fitness and continuing education lead him to become a NSCA certified personal trainer. Then from 2019 to 2020 he trained under leading massage therapy educators at the Louisiana Institute of Massage Therapy and became a licensed massage therapist.
Justin’s passion is providing quality patient care that gets results. His technique is research backed and tailored specifically for each client’s needs. The focus of his practice is to help those who suffer from pain and dysfunction that limits mobility, independence and quality of life. His approach is not only by therapeutic modalities, but education as well.
Justin strongly believes that education plays a big role in making beneficial changes. In an effort to increase awareness of the benefits of massage therapy as a complimentary treatment he manages a blog and develops continuing education courses for massage therapist. His commitment is to his clients, their goals and the growth of the massage therapy industry.
